What is TFUEL and why do I get a discount? ▼
TFUEL is the native token of the Theta Network — the decentralized infrastructure EdgeVault runs on. When you pay with TFUEL, we avoid credit card processing fees, and we pass those savings to you as a 10% discount. You can buy TFUEL on most major exchanges.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime? ▼
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your files are never deleted when downgrading — just no new uploads until you're under the limit.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit? ▼
You won't be able to upload new files until you free up space or upgrade your plan. Existing files and share links keep working normally.
How does TFUEL payment verification work? ▼
After sending TFUEL, click "I've Sent the TFUEL" and optionally provide your transaction hash. We verify the transaction on the Theta blockchain. If you provide the tx hash, verification is faster. Most subscriptions activate within minutes.
Is my data really decentralized? ▼
EdgeVault is built on Theta Network's edge node infrastructure with over 100,000 nodes globally. Your files are encrypted client-side, sharded, and distributed across multiple edge nodes. No single server has your complete data.
